📝 Ingredients


  • 1 cup Supertums Banana Vanilla Oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (no added sugar or spices)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (low FODMAP sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional for flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (pure, alcohol-free)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp low-FODMAP chopped walnuts

👩‍🍳 Instructions


  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix pumpkin purée, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add Supertums Banana Vanilla Oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in optional chopped walnuts.
  • Scoop out small portions of dough and form cookies on the tray.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until slightly golden. Let cool completely.
