Banana Vanilla Oats Mug Cake

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Supertums Banana Vanilla Oats (prebiotic-rich)
  • 1 small banana 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or low FODMAP sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (or lactose-free milk)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mash the banana until smooth.
  • Add the egg, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Mix in Supertums oats, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Let cool slightly. Enjoy straight from the mug!
  • Top it with banana slices (optional).
