Cacao Oats Brownies

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Supertums Cacao Oats
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or lactose-free butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (lactose-free)

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line a small square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add Supertums Cacao Oats, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in optional chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the center is set and the edges pull away slightly.
  7. Cool before slicing into squares. Store leftovers in the fridge.
