- 1 cup Supertums Cacao Oats
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or lactose-free butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (lactose-free)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line a small square pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add Supertums Cacao Oats, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in optional chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the center is set and the edges pull away slightly.
- Cool before slicing into squares. Store leftovers in the fridge.
