- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Supertums Cacao Oats, oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together coconut oil and vanilla extract.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into small balls and place on the tray. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
