Milk Chocolate Oat Cookies

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Supertums Cacao Oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour (certified gluten-free)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips (use lactose-free or dark chocolate for stricter FODMAP)

👩🍳 Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine Supertums Cacao Oats, oat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together coconut oil and vanilla extract.
  • Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough into small balls and place on the tray. Flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely on a wire rack.
