🛒 Ingredients
- 1½ cups Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats
- ⅓ cup natural peanut butter (no additives)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt coconut oil and peanut butter over low heat.
- Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in Supertums oats until fully coated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30–40 minutes or until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
