Choco Oat Cookies

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter (no additives)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

👩🍳 Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt coconut oil and peanut butter over low heat.
  • Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and fold in Supertums oats until fully coated.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined tray.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30–40 minutes or until firm.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
