Start your day with this wholesome baked oat cake made with Supertums oats, peanut butter & cacao — rich in fiber, plant protein, and healthy fats to keep your gut happy and energy steady!

 

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 packet Supertums Cacao oats
  •    
  • 3/4 cup milk of your choice – dairy or plant-based
  •    
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  •    
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  •    
  • 1 ripe banana – sliced
  •    
  • Optional toppings: Fresh berries which are antioxidant-rich and low-FODMAP (like strawberries or blueberries)

  1. In a blender, combine Supertum Overnight Oats, milk, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir well to mix.

  3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  5. Mix everything into a smooth batter.

  7. Pour into a greased ramekin or small baking dish.

  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes till firm and golden.
