🛒 Ingredients

1 packet Supertums Banana and Vanilla oats

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

1 tbsp peanut butter (melted)

1 tbsp maple syrup or jaggery (optional, for added sweetness)

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt
- Optional: Dark chocolate chips
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix everything until oats are fully coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
