Chocolate Overnight Oats

 

A creamy, chocolatey breakfast treat that’s rich in fiber, low-FODMAP friendly, and ideal for sensitive tummies.

 

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 packet Supertums Cacao oats

  • ½ cup milk (lactose-free/plant-based preferred)
     
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (lactose-free, optional for creaminess)

  • Optional: Dark chocolate chips

👩🍳 Instructions

 
  • In a jar or bowl, mix oats,milk, and yogurt. Stir until well combined.
     
  • Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • In the morning, give it a stir and top with a few extra choco chips for crunch!

🍓 Optional Toppings (Add after baking)

  • Crushed almonds or walnuts

  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • Sliced strawberries or banana

  • A drizzle of almond butter or peanut butter
