No-Bake Berries Oats Mousse Cups with Supertums

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared Supertums Berries Overnight Oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional, for airy texture)
  • Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • Granola or chopped nuts for crunch

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Whip Greek yogurt with syrup and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped cream for a mousse-like lightness (optional).
  3. In serving glasses, layer Supertums Berries Oats at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of yogurt mousse.
  5. Top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola/nuts.
