Chocolate Truffle Bites

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared Supertums Chocolate Overnight Oats
  • 1/2 cup seedless dates (soaked if dry)
  • 1/4 cup almonds or walnuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or nut butter
  • Desiccated coconut or crushed nuts for coating

Instructions

  1. Blend dates and nuts into a sticky paste.
  2. Add prepared Supertums Chocolate Oats, cocoa, and nut butter. Mix well.
  3. Roll into small truffle-sized balls.
  4. Coat with desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
