- 1/2 cup seedless dates (soaked if dry)
- 1/4 cup almonds or walnuts
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp coconut oil or nut butter
- Desiccated coconut or crushed nuts for coating
Instructions
- Blend dates and nuts into a sticky paste.
- Add prepared Supertums Chocolate Oats, cocoa, and nut butter. Mix well.
- Roll into small truffle-sized balls.
- Coat with desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
