Oats Modak

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats (prepared)
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut (fresh or desiccated)
  • 1/3 cup jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp ghee

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with ghee, add grated coconut and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add jaggery powder and stir until it melts and blends with the coconut.
  3. Mix in prepared Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats, cardamom powder, and nuts.
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes until mixture binds well. Let it cool slightly.
  5. Grease your palms or a modak mould with a little ghee. Shape into modaks.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes to set, then serve.
