- 1 cup Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats (prepared)
- 1/2 cup grated coconut (fresh or desiccated)
- 1/3 cup jaggery powder
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp ghee
👩🍳 Instructions
- Heat a pan with ghee, add grated coconut and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- Add jaggery powder and stir until it melts and blends with the coconut.
- Mix in prepared Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats, cardamom powder, and nuts.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until mixture binds well. Let it cool slightly.
- Grease your palms or a modak mould with a little ghee. Shape into modaks.
- Chill for 30 minutes to set, then serve.
