Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

A rich, melt-in-your-mouth fudge recipe made with gut-loving Cacao Supertums Oats, natural peanut butter, and just a hint of maple syrup. Perfectly portioned, low-FODMAP friendly, and no baking needed!

  • 1 cup Supertums Cacao Oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (no added sugar or oils)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or low-FODMAP sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs (low-FODMAP)

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt.
  • Stir in Supertums Cacao Oats until fully coated and combined.
  • Fold in optional chopped dark chocolate or cacao nibs.
  • Line a small square dish or tray with parchment paper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2โ€“3 hours or until set.
  • Slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy! Store in fridge.
