Berries Crumble with Supertums Berries Oats

This easy, no-fuss Berries Crumble is made with Supertums Berries Oats and fresh berries. Naturally sweetened and packed with gut-friendly fiber, it's the perfect dessert or snack that supports your digestion and satisfies your sweet tooth.

🍓 Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh – strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¾ cup Supertums Berries Oats
  • ¼ cup Supertums Oat flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (chilled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds (optional, for crunch like walnuts, pecans, chia, pumpkin, or sunflower seeds)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss berries with lemon juice, maple syrup, and cornstarch. Pour into a small baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix Supertums Berries Oats, oat flour, cinnamon, salt, and chopped nuts (if using).
  4. Add cold coconut oil and rub it into the mixture with your fingers until it becomes crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the berries.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm or chilled. Pairs well with dairy-free yogurt or banana nice cream.
