Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Oats

A guilt-free dessert with high protein and gut-friendly Supertums Cacao Oats. No chance of gut irritation.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats
  • 1 cup Oat flour (blend 1 cup oats until fine)
  • 2 ripe bananas – mashed
  • ¼ cup nut butter (peanut/almond) – thick, chilled
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Chocolate chips – optional topping

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix everything into a smooth, thick batter.
  2. Pour into a greased pan.
  3. A handful of chocolate chips (optional but yum!)
  4. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25–30 mins.
  5. Let cool for few minutes before slicing.
