🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Oat flour (blend 1 cup oats until fine)
- 2 ripe bananas – mashed
- ¼ cup nut butter (peanut/almond) – thick, chilled
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Chocolate chips – optional topping
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix everything into a smooth, thick batter.
- Pour into a greased pan.
- A handful of chocolate chips (optional but yum!)
- Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 25–30 mins.
- Let cool for few minutes before slicing.
