Banana Vanilla Cake

A protein-packed dessert using Supertums Banana Oats. Itโ€™s gut friendly with no bloating.


๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients

  • 2 cups Supertums Banana & Vanilla Overnight Oats
  • 2 large ripe bananas โ€“ mashed
  • 1/2 cup milk โ€“ dairy or plant-based
  • ยผ cup nut butter (peanut/almond) โ€“ thick, chilled
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Chocolate chips โ€“ optional topping

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

  1. Mix Supertums Oats with milk and nut butter, till oats are well coated.
  2. Now add baking soda and mix it well.
  3. A handful of chocolate chips (optional but yum!)
  4. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with banana slices (for that golden look!)
  6. Bake at 200ยฐC / 400ยฐF for 30โ€“35 minutes
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing
