A protein-packed dessert using Supertums Banana Oats. Itโs gut friendly with no bloating.
๐ Ingredients
- 2 cups Supertums Banana & Vanilla Overnight Oats
- 2 large ripe bananas โ mashed
- 1/2 cup milk โ dairy or plant-based
- ยผ cup nut butter (peanut/almond) โ thick, chilled
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Chocolate chips โ optional topping
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
- Mix Supertums Oats with milk and nut butter, till oats are well coated.
- Now add baking soda and mix it well.
- A handful of chocolate chips (optional but yum!)
- Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Top with banana slices (for that golden look!)
- Bake at 200ยฐC / 400ยฐF for 30โ35 minutes
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing
