📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Supertums Berries Overnight Oats (prepared)
  • 1/2 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lactose-free cream (optional, for richness)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or jaggery powder, if tolerated)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare Supertums Berries Overnight Oats the night before and chill well.
  2. In a blender, add the oats, lactose-free yogurt, cream, maple syrup, frozen berries, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4–5 hours, stirring once halfway through for a softer texture.
  5. Scoop and serve with fresh berries on top.
