📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Supertums Banana-Vanilla Overnight Oats (prepared)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (lactose-free preferred)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder (optional)
  • 1/3 cup oat cookies
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
  • Banana slices & chopped nuts for garnish

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into mini cupcake liners to form the base.
  2. Whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, jaggery, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in prepared Supertums Banana-Vanilla Overnight Oats gently.
  4. Spoon mixture over the biscuit base, smooth the tops, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
  5. Top with banana slices and nuts before serving.
