📝 Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup prepared Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats (blended smooth)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp jaggery powder (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee (for cooking)

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup thick probiotic yogurt (hung curd style)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit slices (banana, kiwi, or berries)

👩🍳 Instructions

  • Blend Supertums oats, milk, vanilla, and jaggery into a smooth, thin batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, brush lightly with coconut oil/ghee.
  • Pour a small ladle of batter, swirl quickly into a thin crepe.
  • Cook on low heat until edges lift, flip briefly, then remove.
  • Spread probiotic yogurt cream inside, add fruits, and fold.
  • Dust with cacao powder or drizzle with honey before serving.
