Banana-Vanilla Supertums Panna Cotta

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup prepared Supertums Banana-Vanilla Overnight Oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or lactose-free milk)
  • 2 tbsp jaggery syrup (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder (vegetarian setting agent)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries or banana slices for garnish

👩🍳 Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and jaggery syrup, then warm gently.
  • Add agar-agar powder, stirring until fully dissolved.
  • Blend in the prepared Supertums Banana-Vanilla oats and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour into small dessert glasses or moulds; refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
  • Garnish with banana slices or fresh berries before serving.
