- 1 cup Supertums Berries Oats
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour (or almond flour)
- 1/4 cup lactose-free butter or coconut oil, melted

- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup mixed berries and seeds - optional (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries — low-FODMAP portion)

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking tray.
- In a saucepan, cook berries with maple syrup until soft and jammy. Stir in chia seeds and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix Supertums Cacao Oats and Berries Oats, flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter (or coconut oil) and maple syrup until crumbly.
- Spread mixture on the tray and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp, stirring once halfway.
- To assemble: add warm berry mixture to a serving bowl, top with baked cacao oat crumble, and finish with a spoonful of yogurt.
- Serve warm for comfort or chilled for a refreshing option.
