  • 1 cup Supertums Cacao Oats
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (unsweetened, smooth)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (low-FODMAP portion)

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
