Rose Falooda Overnight Oats

Ingredients (Low FODMAP)

  • 1 packet Supertums Overnight Oats- Berries
  • 1 cup lactose-free almond milk or lactose-free dairy milk
  • 1 tsp rose syrup (low sugar)
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • Chopped pistachios (small handful) + dried rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Soak Supertums Overnight Oats- Berries in a little milk for 20 minutes. 
  2. In a jar, layer oats, rose syrup, milk, and cardamom.
  3. Refrigerate overnight for the best flavour and texture.
  4. In the morning, garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals before serving.
