- 1 cup Supertums Banana Oats Mix (with rolled oats, quinoa flakes, jaggery, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia, sesame, protein blend, dried banana, acacia fiber, probiotics, and vanilla)
- 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
- ¼ tsp rock salt (sendha namak)
- ½ tsp cardamom powder or cinnamon powder (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Heat ghee or coconut oil in a wide pan on low flame.
- Add the Supertums Banana Oats Mix and gently roast for 5–6 minutes, stirring continuously until it becomes golden and aromatic.
- Sprinkle rock salt and cardamom/cinnamon powder. Mix well and roast for another minute to enhance flavor.
- Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely before storing.
- Once cooled, transfer to an airtight jar. It stays fresh for up to 3 weeks and is ideal as a mid-day vrat snack, post-puja energy booster, or travel-friendly munchie.
