📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Supertums Banana Oats Mix (with rolled oats, quinoa flakes, jaggery, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia, sesame, protein blend, dried banana, acacia fiber, probiotics, and vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp rock salt (sendha namak)
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder or cinnamon powder (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat ghee or coconut oil in a wide pan on low flame.
  2. Add the Supertums Banana Oats Mix and gently roast for 5–6 minutes, stirring continuously until it becomes golden and aromatic.
  3. Sprinkle rock salt and cardamom/cinnamon powder. Mix well and roast for another minute to enhance flavor.
  4. Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely before storing.
  5. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight jar. It stays fresh for up to 3 weeks and is ideal as a mid-day vrat snack, post-puja energy booster, or travel-friendly munchie.
