Mixed Berry Smoothie
This creamy, gut-friendly smoothie blends berries, banana, oats, yogurt, and nuts and seeds, a nourishing breakfast in a glass! It’s quick to whip up and packed with natural sweetness and energy to kickstart little mornings.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 packet of Supertums Overnight Oats Mixed Berries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp nuts or seeds – your choice (optional)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk – dairy or plant-based
👩🍳 Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: banana, Supertums Overnight Oats, yogurt, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for consistency.
- Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
- Serve in a tall glass.
- Optionally, top with extra berries or a sprinkle of seeds.
