This creamy, gut-friendly smoothie blends berries, banana, oats, yogurt, and nuts and seeds, a nourishing breakfast in a glass! It’s quick to whip up and packed with natural sweetness and energy to kickstart little mornings.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 packet of Supertums Overnight Oats Mixed Berries
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp nuts or seeds – your choice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk – dairy or plant-based

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: banana, Supertums Overnight Oats, yogurt, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed for consistency.
  3. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve in a tall glass.
  5. Optionally, top with extra berries or a sprinkle of seeds.

💡 Tips

  • Soak oats for 10 minutes beforehand if preferred softer texture.
