Cacao Oats Biscuits

📝 Ingredients


  • 1 cup Supertums Cacao Overnight Oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or oat flour for nut-free)
  • 1/4 cup jaggery powder or coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp lactose-free butter or coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp lactose-free milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👩🍳 Instructions


  • Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix Supertums Cacao Oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Stir in jaggery powder, melted butter, and milk until a dough forms.
  • Scoop small portions, shape into biscuits, and place on the tray.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until crisp at the edges.
  • Cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
